A booking is a contract by law, therefore we ask you to please provide us with plenty of notice should you need to change you plans and cancel.
DEPOSIT
Payment is by cheque or cash. Credit cards are not accepted. A deposit of £30 per Person is required to secure a booking.
PAYMENT
We accept Cash of Cheque. If paying by cheque, this should be made payable to "Mrs M Brown".
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES
For the convenience of incoming guests, we requite the rooms to be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Or check-in time is between 4.00 pm and 7-pm. Please let us know if you need to arrive outside these times.
NO SMOKING POLICY
In the interest of the comfort and safety of our guests, we operate a strict ‘Non-Smoking' policy throughout the Guest House. In the event of non-compliance, a charge of £50 will be levied for professional cleaning of the room.
